Our main goal here was to develop the layout of this two-level apartment where the bedrooms would be completely isolated from other areas. The rest zone was located on the first level for the reason of the terrace being connected to the second level. This will not let noise to reach bedrooms when any of the residents is aiming to have a sleep, while another is for example having party outside on the terrace or in the living room. So it made sense to let the living, kitchen and dining rooms to stay close to the terrace. A great amount of windows throughout the apartment provides an satisfying natural insolation, what allowed us to apply a dark, monochromatic color palette. We have widely integrated bright accents like vertical garden with tropical plants and finished some walls with a lighter stone in order to balance intense and bright colors.
